1. Website and scope
https://harry-mayfair.co.uk is operated as Harry Mayfair by HNU ECOM DEVELOPMENT LLC. These terms govern use of the website and customer-account services. Purchases are also governed by our terms of sale, product information and the policies shown before ordering.
Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2. Access and accounts
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate, current information when creating an account or ordering. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorised account use. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security or circumstances outside our reasonable control; we aim to restore it promptly.
3. Product information and errors
We aim for accurate listings, but screen colours may differ. We may correct errors or withdraw products before a contract is concluded. If an error affects an existing order, we will contact you to agree a lawful resolution.
4. Ordering and payment
You can review your selection, address and total before placing an order with an obligation to pay. Orders are confirmed by email subject to payment acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, manifest errors, unavailability or payment failure, consistently with your legal rights, and refund sums already collected for a cancelled order.
5. Delivery, returns and remedies
Read the shipping policy and returns policy. Risk normally passes on physical receipt, except where you independently select a carrier we did not offer. Statutory consumer rights apply independently of any commercial guarantee.
6. Intellectual property
Marks, logos, text, images, photographs, videos and other website content belong to their rights holders. Reproduction, modification, publication, distribution or commercial use requires permission unless a legal exception applies.
7. Prohibited use
Do not use the site unlawfully or fraudulently, infringe others’ rights, introduce malicious code, bypass security, disrupt services or collect personal data without a lawful basis. We may suspend access for serious breaches without removing rights relating to existing orders.
8. Reviews and submitted content
If you submit material for publication, you must have the necessary rights and it must not be unlawful, misleading or defamatory. You grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission, limited to the period necessary, to reproduce and display that material in connection with the store and its promotion. We may remove clearly unlawful, fraudulent or abusive content.
9. Third-party services
Links and third-party tools may have separate terms. Their use does not remove our legal duties to customers or imply endorsement of every third-party statement.
10. Shopify
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform. Your product sales contract is with Harry Mayfair, operated by HNU ECOM DEVELOPMENT LLC, not with Shopify.
11. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains personal-data processing and your choices.
12. Liability
We are responsible for performance of our legal and contractual obligations. We are not responsible for loss caused solely by your breach or circumstances for which the law does not make us responsible. Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Law and disputes
The law of England and Wales applies, without removing mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction. UK consumers retain access to the courts available under applicable law, including courts in Scotland and Northern Ireland where relevant. Contact customer service first so we can try to resolve concerns.
14. Changes
We may update these terms prospectively. The version applicable to an existing order remains the one presented when that order was placed.
