Terms of sale

Last updated: 2 November 2026

1. Seller and scope

These terms govern consumer purchases from https://harry-mayfair.co.uk. Harry Mayfair is the trading name of HNU ECOM DEVELOPMENT LLC. The version presented when you place your order applies to that order.

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Products

Harry Mayfair sells the products described in individual listings. Their main characteristics, options and availability are displayed before purchase. Colours may vary slightly between screens. We remain your seller and contact for orders, delivery, returns and statutory remedies.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP), inclusive of applicable taxes. Standard UK delivery is free. The complete amount payable is displayed before you commit to an order. Prices may change for future orders; your purchase is governed by the price accepted for your order. No claim of French VAT exemption is made.

4. Orders and payment

Before placing an order, review and correct your items, contact details, delivery address and total. Placing an order creates an obligation to pay using a method offered at checkout. Order confirmation is emailed following validation and payment acceptance. If goods ordered are unavailable, we will inform you and refund the relevant sums; no substitute is sent without your agreement. If there is an obvious pricing error, we will contact you to agree a solution rather than impose a new price.

5. Delivery

UK standard delivery is free. Preparation takes 3–5 business days and transit 7–14 business days, giving an estimated 10–19 business days from the start of processing. Processing is Monday–Friday excluding public holidays, with a 5 PM UK cut-off (6 PM Paris). Orders received later start the next business day. See the shipping policy for tracking and delay procedures. We retain risk until physical delivery, except where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.

6. Cancellation and returns

For eligible purchases, notify us within 14 days after the day of receipt and send the goods back within 14 days after that notification. Any clear statement is sufficient; approval is not a precondition. Contact us for the return address, which differs from the US registered office. Direct change-of-mind return costs are yours, with no restocking fee. You may inspect the goods as in a shop; deductions are limited to legally permitted loss in value from excessive handling. See the full returns policy for personalised-goods exceptions and the refund procedure.

7. Refunds

Cancellation refunds include sums due for the goods and basic standard outward delivery, if paid. We refund within 14 days of notice, subject to the lawful right to withhold until receipt of goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier; where withheld, we refund within 14 days of that event. Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise without fees. Change-of-mind return postage remains your responsibility.

8. Faulty goods and statutory rights

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and an explanation. Photographs may help, but are not a condition of your statutory rights. Where the law provides a short-term right to reject faulty goods, you normally have 30 days to do so. Repair or replacement, and where applicable a price reduction or refund, may remain available after that period. We cover reasonable necessary return costs where the problem is our responsibility. These rights are separate from cancellation rights and any manufacturer warranty.

9. Personal information

See our privacy policy for processing of personal information and your rights. Privacy queries should be sent to our contact email.

10. Complaints and applicable law

Contact customer service with your order number and complaint so we can seek a resolution. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving you of mandatory protections applicable where you live. UK consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law, including their home courts in Scotland or Northern Ireland where relevant. No term restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use this form only if you wish to cancel. Any other clear statement is also sufficient.
